How do I choose the right size?

Are your garments true to size?

Do you offer custom sizing?

What does “Pre-Order” mean?
A pre-order allows you to purchase a piece before it is ready to ship. The estimated production or shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order pieces, they may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
How quickly will my order ship?
Processing times vary depending on the item. In-stock pieces are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible, while made-to-order or pre-order pieces may require additional production time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Are sale items returnable?
Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any item considered final sale will be clearly marked before purchase.
How should I care for my Sadri pieces?
Because many Sadri garments feature delicate fabrics, lace, embellishments, or specialty textiles, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each garment.
For delicate or embellished pieces, professional dry cleaning may be recommended.
Will every patterned garment look exactly the same?
