At Sadri Couture, we take pride in creating timeless pieces with exceptional craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Be in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Be returned in the original packaging.
Show no signs of wear, alterations, perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items may be exchanged for:

A different size.
A different color (subject to availability).
Another item of equal or greater value (price difference applies).

Exchange items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags attached.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or discounted merchandise.
Gift cards.
Customized or made-to-order items.
Items marked "Final Sale."

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sadri Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sadricouture.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
